What is Muesli Master?
Muesli Master is a solution to all of our problem with unhealthy and plain breakfasts! Now you can choose what you like and stop worrying about the health! The muesli you choose is made from the highest quality ingredients, imported or prepared on site. When you click order our nutritionist analyse what your body needs and compose a blend that is a both tasty and adequate for you to make your day amazing!
Do you want to know how to become your own Muesli Master?
Head to contact us section and drop us a short email to email@example.com : “I am ready to become a Master of my own breakfast” and we will take it from there.
You are going to receive a form with some details we need and a contract for GDPR with a promise we will NEVER use your data for external purposes. We use the details you provide to analyse what is the best breakfast for you by all the common nutritional equations but also via our own unique master algorithm. We are really proud of that algorithm as it takes into the account all of the factors other equations cannot handle. Like for example the body type, ethnicity and all of the existing skinfold measurements.

Just choose all of the ingredients you want to see in your blend from a selection of oats, nuts and fruit.
Send back both of the forms to us and wait 2-3 day for the delivery.
Some common questions:
What is the size of the bag we can order?
Our standard bag sizes are 75g as we support correct portion sizes. That portion is enough for a full breakfast.
We have two options for specially selected to fit the obsessive crunchers and classic bingers, like me 🙂
Portion bags (75g)
We offer a full week supply of muesli (7x75g) – one portion per day. You can also mix and match so you will never feel bored with your muesli.
Binge bag (500g)
That is an ideal option for all of you greedy eaters. We all know how much we like to binge J.
How much muesli can I blend into Muesli bag?
To explain it I will give you an example:
Every muesli bag that leaves our workshop contains exactly 500g. If you only order a base mix, then you will receive 500g of base mix. As you add individual ingredients to the base, the proportion of the base is then reduced accordingly. However, in the end, the bag content always weighs 500g.
The principle is a little similar to buying a car – if you choose a model with a better braking system, you will have a car that is able to do more. But you won’t have a car with eight sets of brakes. In other words, you are adding a component to replace something else, but improving the product overall. The car is safer and the muesli tastes better.
Where Can I see the nutritional information about my muesli?
On the blending page and on the page with signature products you can always view the nutritional information as it changes in real time. The information will also be displayed in your customer profile on the order tab. Each individual muesli bag will also have the information displayed at the back.
Am I able to increase the proportion of one specific ingredient?
Of course! All ingredients (including additional base ingredients) can be added to your muesli multiple times! Just click on your desired ingredient more than once and you will automatically receive twice the amount. Too much of a good thing? Click on the ingredient on the bag and it will be removed once again.
What is Muesli Blend ID?
Each individual muesli blend has a unique Blend ID – displayed on the order page and on the muesli bag. The Muesli Blend ID is composed of:
- Your Unique Customer ID
- Order number
- Sequence of Ingredients in ascending order (Base, Fruit, Nut)
Blend ID will allow you to view the ingredients of the previously made blend. Entering the Blend ID adds all of the appropriate ingredients to the mixer so you can simply reorder it. Just remember that the amount of chosen ingredients may change when your body anthropometric data and your goal changes.
Also if you want to recommend your muesli creation to a friend, all you have to do is give him or her your unique Blend ID. Then your friend can order the exact same muesli here without any hassle. It will also mean that their blend will be similar to yours- it also depends on their body requirements.
Are the ingredients suitable for vegans, people with allergies or diabetes?
If you have special nutritional requirements, you are probably already more than aware of them, but please note that our muesli can contain traces of sesame, nuts, grains and soya, despite our careful production processes.
If you have any special requirements or allergies, you will be able to make your muesli better if you tell us.
All of our fruit are dried without additional sugar so they are suitable for diabetics – you will help us to fit your diet better if you tell us.
What is the shelf life of Muesli Blend?
The minimum shelf life is dependent on the ingredients that you select. All of the ingredients are dried, freeze-dried like fruit or are naturally dry like nuts and oats so as long as you keep the moisture out of the bag it will last you up to three months.
We guarantee that our mueslis won’t last that long in your kitchen – they are just too mueslish!
I want to suggest a new ingredient. Is that possible?
Of course! We love hearing suggestions for new tastes. But please note: We receive a lot of suggestions for ingredients and to keep our standards extremely high we select the highest and cleanest source of the ingredients. If you want to speed up the process, you can recommend the source directly.
Can I order more of a specific muesli mix?
Yes. Every muesli you order is given a “Blend ID” by us, which is also printed on the label. This ID makes it possible to always reorder a specific mix. Just remember that the amount of chosen ingredients may change when your body anthropometric data and your goal changes.
I didn't receive an order confirmation or invoice!?
After you complete your order, a confirmation email will automatically be sent together with an invoice. If you have not received one within two hours, perhaps there was a mistake in your email address. Or maybe our email has been directed to your spam folder. Simply get in touch with us and we will sort it out. If you create a user account, you can not only save your email address but also your delivery address. This saves you the effort of typing it out every time and avoids any errors that may occur when making your next order.
Questions about payment or shipping
Where are you shipping to?
We are based in Poland and we are shipping all over Europe. We offer direct delivery by Paczka+ around Poland and individual couriers around Europe.
What does shipping cost?
That is the cost table:
The cost is the same for each bag or week supply no matter how many bags you order, up to a total order value of £60. From £60 you get free shipping!
Is it possible to send two separate orders together?
This is difficult for logistical reasons. Therefore, please always try and include all your desired mueslis in one order. This way, you only pay for shipping once.
Can I pick up my muesli myself? Where are the hotspots?
The first hotspot is in Słupsk where you can pick up your mueslis and save you the shipping costs.
How can I pay for my muesli order? What are your bank account details? IBAN? BIC?
At the moment, we kindly request that you pay in advance using one of these payment methods:

You can also pay by direct debit or credit card via our partner when you send off your order.
You will be sent an order confirmation and receipt automatically after every order per email. If you don’t receive the confirmation within 2 days, please get in touch.
Something went wrong with my payment, what should I do now?
If you wanted to pay by direct debit or credit card, you can do so my sending the payment to our bank we are unable to restart your payment process. We are currently working on a solution to this.
Until we solve this issue, we kindly request that you use a bank transfer or PayPal to pay for your order. Our accounting department automatically recognises incoming payments even if a different payment method was entered for your order. However, it is vital that the invoice or order number is included in your stated payment purpose.
I'm an athlete. Can you sponsor me?
We believe that sport and nutrition is a perfect match. Unfortunately, we only have a small volume of muesli available to us, but we are happy to support you with our muesli. If this appeals to you then please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Questions about Muesli
My muesli has arrived in an “unmixed” state! Why?
By the time your muesli reaches you, it will likely have been shaken considerably – during transit on the road or while making its way through the conveyor belts and sorting machines at logistics centres. Even perfectly mixed mueslis gradually unmix themselves. As a result, large, roughly-cut ingredients are frequently found on top, while smaller, fine ingredients tend to be further down towards the bottom. This is a natural phenomenon that is particularly visible in our case, given the various ingredients in a tube of muesli. This is an issue that every muesli producer has to deal with. However, cutting all the ingredients down to the same size just to solve this problem does not come into question for us. Our tip: When your muesli arrives, give it a good shake – just imagine you are mixing it yourself!
